David Marsh is a space industry executive focused on harnessing orbital technologies to improve life on Earth and navigate the geopolitical dimensions of space.

Formerly Director of Strategy at Voyager Technologies, he shaped the future of human spaceflight on commercial spacecraft. A Young Explorer awardee and member of The Explorers Club, his research has examined space tech’s impact on Arctic communities. He was named a 2025 State Department Emerging Leader and joined a diplomatic delegation to Norway. David previously supported U.S. security cooperation efforts as a consultant and holds degrees from UCLA and Georgetown University.
